Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your order: email, name, your business details, figures and any files and notes you add.
• Payment: Stripe processes your card. We see your name, email, country and the payment status, never your full card number.
• Ad measurement: if you arrive from a Google ad, Google may set a cookie so we can count whether the ad led to an order. We do not use other tracking.

Why

To write the plan you ordered and deliver it (performing our contract with you), to answer your messages, to keep the invoices the law requires (legal obligation), and to measure our ads (legitimate interest).

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email) and Google Ads (ad measurement), and Anthropic (the AI model that drafts your plan). Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union under these providers' safeguards.

How long

Your uploaded files and order details are deleted 90 days after delivery, or 30 days after an order that was never paid. Invoices and the data on them are kept as long as accounting law requires (10 years in Romania). Ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If you are in the EU you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Google Ads conversion measurement above.
