Terms of service and refund policy

These terms cover the Volanta Plans business plan writing service sold by Volanta S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (company no. J2026052939002, tax ID 55533620, 22 Lunca Sighet, Satu Mare 440063, Romania), "we". "You" means the person who places an order.

1. The service

For a one-time price of $79 (USD) per order we write one business plan for one business, from the answers and files you send us in our intake form. The plan follows the traditional business plan structure recommended by the U.S. Small Business Administration and includes financial projections built from the figures and assumptions you give us. We deliver a Word (.docx) file and a PDF file by email to the address you give us, within 24 hours of payment. The price includes one revision requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. How it is made

Your plan is drafted with an AI model from your answers, and checked against our written rules. We do not add customers, contracts, revenue history, team members, credentials, licenses or funding commitments that are not in your answers. Industry and market figures are taken from public sources and cited in the plan where used. Financial projections are estimates calculated from your inputs and the assumptions stated in the plan; they are not a forecast we guarantee. You are responsible for checking the plan and its numbers before you use it, and for the truth of what you give to a lender, investor or anyone else.

3. No guarantee of outcome; not professional advice

We do not promise that any lender, investor, grant body or the SBA will approve a loan or funding, or any other result. The plan is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and we are not a lender, broker or the U.S. Small Business Administration and are not affiliated with it.

4. Refunds

If you are not happy with your plan, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it once; if you still prefer a refund, we refund the full $79 to your card. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours of payment for any reason, you may cancel and we refund you in full. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. If you are a consumer in the EU: because the service is fully performed shortly after you pay and you ask us to start straight away, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once we deliver; our refund promise above still applies.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in advance by card through Stripe. The price shown is the full price; we are not registered for VAT.

6. Your material

You confirm you have the right to send us the material you upload. You own your material and the finished plan. We use your material only to do your order, as described in our privacy notice.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Questions or complaints: richard@volanta.ai.
